CBI had registered a case on 14.09.2016 on a complaint against the accused.\u00a0 It was alleged that Shri Davinder Singh, SI, RPF Post, Jakhal (Haryana) was demanding\u00a0 bribe of Rs.30,000\/- in lieu of releasing the complainant and his fellow labourers who were detained by the accused in RPF Post, Jakhal Railway Station. The bribe amount was negotiated and reduced to Rs.10,000\/-. A trap was laid on 14.09.2016 and the accused was caught while demanding &amp; accepting bribe of Rs.10,000\/-\u00a0 After\u00a0 investigation, charge sheet was filed in the court of Special. Judge, CBI Cases, Panchkula(Haryana) against the accused.
