(Shimla) Shashank Prajawal, an Edwardian studying in 9th class, has contributed a sum of Rs.11, 000 towards the Mukhya Mantri Sukh-Ashrya Kosh. He met Chief Minster Thakur, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu here today and narrated that how he has saved the amount from his pocket money and broke open his ‘Gulak’ (Piggy Bank) for contributing towards the noble cause. Chief Minister thanked Shashank for the noble gesture and said that such children were rare example of benevolence and this will further motivate others to donate towards the ‘Kosh’ set up for the destitute children and women.
As colour can’t lose its ability to give colour after being broken several times. Similarly, I also can’t unlearn the art of spreading love and smile, after being broken, several times by my life !
Boasting a rich and dynamic career of over 18 years in journalism. A “journalist” usually works for an organization such as a newspaper or radio or TV station. They are hired to cover news events and present the information in a timely (and hopefully accurate) manner. There are free lance journalists who sell stories to independent companies.
