State vigilence in action : Charge sheet has been filed against five persons including the then Tehsildar Kullu, Patwari Kullu and a Document Writer before the court of Special Judge, Kullu on 26 – 3–2021 for entering into a conspiracy whereby a person residing outside Himachal was issued Himachali Agriculturist certificate by forging the Will of a deceased person showing the outsider as “धर्म पुत्र” in 1997.
The case was registered at PS SV&CB Kullu in 2009 and during investigation it was established that the accused had forged an unregistered will of a person who was already dead to wrongly show that the Noida resident was the “धर्म पुत्र” of the deceased person and a resident of Akhara Bazar Kullu. Further on the basis of this forged Will false entries were made in the Revenue Records in connivance with the revenue officials and document writer and Himachali Agriculturist certificate was issued to the Noida resident on the basis of which he further purchased 22 Bigha land in Tehsil Kasauli, Solan in 1998.
The chargesheet was filed after obtaining prosecution sanction against the tehsildar and Patwari from the competent authorities.

Boasting a rich and dynamic career of over 18 years in journalism. A “journalist” usually works for an organization such as a newspaper or radio or TV station. They are hired to cover news events and present the information in a timely (and hopefully accurate) manner. There are free lance journalists who sell stories to independent companies.
